Shipping Methods and Carriers

Our system calculates actual shipping rates based on the total weight of the order and the final destination city. Whether you're domestic or international and wish to know how much shipping will be for your order, simply add the product to your cart, enter your country, state, and zip code and the system will give you a few price options as well as shipment methods to choose from.

All Shipping methods and Estimated Delivery Times described below refer to actual In-Transit times.

These estimates do NOT include order processing time. For example; If you place an order on Saturday and choose USPS Priority Mail-2 Day, it does not mean you will get your order on Monday. Dime City processes orders Monday thru Friday and in this example your order would ship on Monday or Tuesday and would reach you within two days of leaving our warehouse.

Delivery times may vary.The Estimated Delivery Date provided at checkout is an estimate only and does not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time. As this is an estimate only Dime City Cycles cannot refund shipping charges for shipments arriving past the estimated delivery date. Detailed shipment dates and tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at time of order.

**NOTE** International shipping prices do NOT include any duties and taxes that may be required by your country at the time of entry.

Mail shipments outside of the USA are often held by Customs or the Post office, and customers should check with your carrier, post office, or Customs department if the package doesn't arrive in a timely manner.

USPS Domestic Mail Estimated Delivery Time
Express Mail service	Items are delivered to the addressee (recipient) by noon or 3:00 p.m. the next day, or noon or 3:00 p.m. the second day.
Express Mail	Items are available for collection by the recipient by 10:00 a.m. the next day or second day (or next day or second day that the destination Post Office is open for retail business).
Priority Mail service	Typically two to three days to most locations in the US (Specific delivery standards may be available when postage is calculated). This is not a guaranteed service.
First-Class Mail	Estimated delivery time is two to five days.
Parcel Post	Typically 2 - 9 days in the 48 contiguous states for most origins / destinations. Specific time standards may be available when postage is calculated.

Express Mail International	Expedited service, delivery times may vary, generally 3-5 postal business days
Priority Mail International	Quick delivery, but timing depends on international conditions. Typically 6-10 postal business days
First Class Mail International	When time is not a major concern. Typically 2-4 weeks depending on customs. Tracking is not available with this service.

Free Shipping Promotions Defined

From time to time Dime City Cycles may offer free shipping promotions on orders. There are various criteria and exclusions, such as minimum order amounts, or only specific countries may apply. These general definitions refer to any and all free shipping promotions when they are in effect.

Dime City Cycles currently uses UPS and USPS as the primary carriers for all shipments, however, we cannot guarantee a specific shipper for any promotion. Standard shipping is typically 1-5 business days delivery time. Business days are considered Monday-Friday; Holidays, Saturday and Sunday are not included in shipping days. Dime City reserves the right to change a carrier or the shipping method other than the one chosen by the customer without notice. This is rare but may be necessary due to carrier restrictions.

Over-sized products such as tires, some exhaust systems, mufflers over 12", and fuel tanks may not apply to this promotion. If any of these items are in the cart the free shipping option may not display. For more information on these restrictions please contact our customer service crew.

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts, address change, and will call pick-up may be subject to a $10 Service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

Qualifying orders will be consolidated to one shipment – this may add additional time to the final delivery.

Shipping promotions that require minimum order amounts to receive free shipping may incur restocking fees on returns if the returned item price causes the order amount to dip below the original minimums required.

Delivery times may vary. Orders are processed and delivered during the business week (Monday – Friday) only and do not guarantee delivery by a specific date or time.

Dime City Cycles does not offer weekend or holiday delivery options, and cannot substitute shipping methods as related to this offer.
